How do you get your skill level up on halo 3?
For online I know how to get XP up by winning in team slayer ranked matches or by finishing in top 3 for lone wolves but how do you obtain a better skill level? -

Halo 3 Secret Skulls?
I found one secret skull on Sierra 117 the first level and when I pick it up nothing happens it doesn't say I got the achievement or anytthing. Do i have to finish the level with it? Or kill someone with it? Idk ow to acquire the achievement but ik where it is. -

I have found a secret skull and I can pick it up but it won't give me the accomplishment? How do you get the secret skull accomplishment? Do you have to kill somebody with it.?
