can some one help me get to a 50 in Team Doubles(Halo 3)?

I can't get the graduate achievement in halo 3 i did what it said . I got 5
exp points already.? I'm a captain rank and i already completed 10 games but i'm not sure if i have to win them.I already earned 5 exp points.Plz help.
