on halo 3 how do you play the golf game?

on halo 3 for the sword attachment on the hayabusa which ones do you need?
ive read that you need to unlock all the achievments to get the sword on the back but they all said unlock them all which will give you 1000 gamerscore. since you can now have a possible 1750 gamerscore for halo 3 which ones do i have to unlock or do i only need 1000 score? or do i have to...- donut_is_cool

on halo 3 co-op can we get the skull if only one person dies?
if me and a friend are playing can one of do the dying and still get the skull or do both of us have to live the whole time? that is what you have to right? you have to beat the level without dying or did i hear wrong?- donut_is_cool
