    halo 3 lone wolves highest skill?

    my brother was playing lone wolves for skill. every time he won 2 games his skill grew. after winning two games to get to 19 my brother won two more games in first then second place. his skill did not grow and then he lost the next game and his skill dropped to 18. is this normal?

    i just started halo 3 on xbox live but i have played it before but not on xbox live. i was just wondering if there is a place on halo 3 were i can walk around freely and have other people be there too kinda like runescape, maple story or world of warcraft? if so please tell em how i can get there.

    i finished halo 3 well not on xbox live then i started xbox live and i looked at the achievements. for a certain armor i need to finish the ark, a highway and the campaign on normal but i already did just not no xbox live. do i have to redo it?
