Halo 3 ban hammer information?
In halo 3 I made an account for boosting, and I was banned for a week. So the ban is over soon but will I be able to play on the account I made for boosting without being banned?( it has negative 40 or so exp) Does it matter that I have negative experience or just that I don't quit please...
