    I can only talk to friends in Halo 3. What do I do?

    I've changed all my settings, but nothing helps. No one is muted, but I know my mike is working. How do I change it? I can only talk to my friends . My mikeworks, and none of the settings help, but I can't talk to other teammates besides friends!
