How much Time Online do you spend?

I spent quite a lot of time online because I work mostly online all the time. This is the reason why I spend about 12 hours online on daily basis doing a lot of work.

Personally, I wish it's possible for me to spend between 3 to 4 hours online only. It's going to be so good for my eyes but that's not possible because I work on a computer steadily. I spend more than 12 hours online daily.

It's because of your work that you stayed up to that time and I guess that's what is putting food on your table. The only suggestion is to take out time and take care of your eyes and also have some breaks.
