    Turn off blood and gore in halo 3.?

    I realy need this game and i can only get it if you can turn off blood and gore. For even though i am 15 i can't get m rated games. i can get it if i can turn off the m rated features. So i would like to know if it is possible to turn off blood and gore in this game
