    How do I restart the Halo 3 campaign?

    I started a halo 3 campaign and am on the 4th mission but i just found out that i am on easy and its too easy but i don't know how to restart my campaign on a harder lever? all i have on my start screen is continue campaign start co-op campaign matchmaking can anyone help?
