do i have to win to get 1 exp or does it work some other way. and if i play with someone on the same console does it add up the exp onto my account. -

when i change the play list it says that not all players have correct play list. i understand you have to have all dlc. what is dlc and how do i get it all. do i have to pay and where do i get it.
