How can I tell if a halo 3 film is modded?

What is this halo 3 badge?

Bungie should make a vehicle like this in halo 3?
On sandbox I thought the hornet transport means that it could pick up warthog or mongoose but it like the original hornet but without the missles. They should make a vehicle look like a hornet but bigger and it could pick up warthogs and mongoose. Kinda like the Pelican but this one, you just go...- jerredleem
