    How to lower skill level in halo 3?

    I want to lower my skill level because i think that if i play with people who suck then it will be easy to the overkill and two for one achievement i was a level 33 and i dropped it down to 20 and i have 111 experience points its stuck there and i cant get both my skill and experience lower.
