how do I get my skill higher in Halo 3?
Im a captain grade 2 and my highest skill is 25. I need to raise it up to 30/200 experience points. I'm at 203 exp and I need to raise up to level 30 so I won't be captain grade 3. How do I raise up my skill higher?- Fullnaruto11

Why isn't the achievement unlocked of the skull blind in Halo 3?
I'm passing the story on Heroic on Halo 3. I want to collect all skulls. I started of with the first one which is Skull: Blind. I got it and nothing happened.
