halo 3 skulls help?
why have some skulls unlocked right when i pick them up and others dont and i no i definetly dont have them i was on crows nest on normal started at the begining got the skull in the sewer and nothing and i no i dont have it -

i picked up the skull on the ledge on the first level then took it to the end of the level died a couple times then got on the pelican with it why wasnt it unlocked?
