i saw at a game crazy that it said pre-order and pay to use johnson in firefight, does that mean i have to pre-order and pay for the whole thing to get johnson or does paying $5 to have them hold a copy for me work(which is what i did) and then paying for the whole thing when i go to pick it up...

For one of the achievements it says score 15,000 points or higher in the Campaign Meta-Game on the second mission. What is Campaign Meta-game? is there a difference between that and the regular campaign?

On the level standoff i found this map and there are floating object outside of the map (not like boundary lines) above a valley where if u jump down to u die (pretty much its off the cliff where u cant reach it) how do u get them to float like that? i kno how to get them to float on the ground...
