How come I didn't the Spartan Officer achievement in halo 3?
I know you get the spartan officer achievement after become a Lieutenant, but i only got the pin. no achievement. The same thing happened to my friend. I figured I would just keep playing, and now im already a Major and still no achievement. Can someone help??
