    Halo 3 Voice Communication Icons?

    There is this icon that appears next to peoples names in matchmaking in Halo 3. Instead of a Speaker next to their name, there is a circle with a strikethrough in it. Like one of those no smoking signs or something. Can someone tell me what this sign means, and if it is a problem, how i can fix it?
