    Halo 3 Rank/Acheivment preoblems. Please help?

    I was gunnery seargent grade 3 when i finally got 10 skill ( nooby huh) but then it skipped lutenit grade 1 to grade 2 which made me not get the spartan officer acheivment... Plz tell tips or bungies site that tells how to fix it???
