A good solid halo wars tactic?

Okay Ive had halo wars for a long time but just started playing it again.I play with a friend of mine and sometimes we go head to head.He beats me every single time! I dont even know what to do anymore.I got close one time but he surprise attacked me at my weaker bases.He seems to change his tactics every single game we play.He tells me that there are certain tactics for every leader and I have an idea of what they are e.g. Anders=aircraft Forge=grizzlys and vehicles Cutters= infantry and ODSTs but every single time it seems like he builds an entire invasion force the size of Russia within the first five minutes of the skirmish!And if hes not building an invasion force hes hitting me with his Prophet Brute Arbiter or tanks from the UNSC.It seems like he glitches the game or something.I just need a good solid tactic that can take someones army down within the first 5 mins of the game or rush tactic that doesnt take forever to build.

there's your problem, you see the strategy with anders being flying units, you can surprise them by going with something else, so if he builds anti-air you can him really hard cause he wouldn't expect it, that is unless he spectates before attacking, you can spectate his base before attacking. it lets you know what he's building, or if he's still building
i usually go with the prophet
and build banshee's to counter whatever anti-infantry units hes gonna make
hes gonna make anti-infantry to counter your prophet, but if you work on your prophet and your prophet only you could get him up in the air in 7 minutes, and have 2 vagrancy stars in 9, and have him fully upgraded in 10, and that's all while putting pressure on him
you can start by rushing the secondary reactors or his secondary base
and make a shield around his secondary base so he would waste more money and time then you did

i dont feel like writing a story here, but these are just something to try
