A question on Halo 3 new map pack?

I bought the crappy Xbox 360 Arcade version. Everything was fine till Bungie came out with the new map pack for free. Now i can't play team slayer or anything on Live becuase I don't have a hard drive and i didnt have enough memory. What should I do?

If you're tight on money just buy a second hand hard drive.
