Are the Halo 3 servers down?

I keep disconnecting before i play a game. It doesn't even say disconnected from xbox live. I was playing lone wolves, and i'm in the pregame lobby, and then it just exits back out to the matchmaking lobby. anyone else have this problem?

I know this happened to me 15 times before. It's the people in the pregame lobby that are lagging and then the server takes you out of it and gives you the option to: A.pick a diffrent game type B. Try the same gametype with diffrent people. Keep on bricking.
