can a xbox 360 arcade save a game like halo 3?

just to save the games progress not the game itself, yes i will buy a 20g hard drive later on just dont have a lot of money right now im 13

yes it defenitly can......but if you want to download other stuff like movies and gamesa then yes you need a harddrive.....but to answer your question...YES it can also save lots of game's progress
