Can I buy Halo Wars LE directly from the store or I have to pre-order it?

The problem is that I don't live in the US, but my sister does. Im going to visit her on Wednesday 8th and leaving Saturday 11th. and Im buying a lot of games. But I saw a video with an annotation that said only by pre-ordering. So I really need to know if I can buy Halo Wars LE in the video game store and if not where can I pre-order it (in Orlando, FL) with the phone number please :)
I just dont know how the US selling system works at all! So Im confused :(

No, you don't have to pre-order it from a store, just pop in to an electronic/ game store and hopefully they'll have it, that's how I got mine. But also remember that it could be sold out at one store but not another.
