Can someone please give me tips on how to beat halo 3 on legendary it so hard?

No cheating. no skulls.... that's weak. All I can say is train. maybe play it on multiplayer on legendary for a bit, then when you get used to it, go back to single player and see how it goes. Good luck.

To beat the game on legendary a few tips would be to always always always take cover,be patient,let the arbiter to most of the work
