can someone tell me some new player made vehicles in halo 3?

Well, to make your own vehicle in halo 3 first take out the disk from your xbox 360. then with the picture of the vehicle you want to make in your head begin carving it on the back of the disk until satisfied. then insert the disk and go to forge to load it. for best results try scissors or your dad's favorite hunting knife.
