Cant Play Halo 3 Online---HELP?

Whenever i try to play a game online i can usually (not always) find a game and start it but then within a few minutes my screen will go black and show the scoreboard and say connecting to new host....starting new game.....then i get booted back to the lobby...leaving my friends to play without me. I dont get kicked off xbox live either...well sometimes but not most of the time...it just kicks me back to the lobby....Please Help!!!!!!!
me and my friends all have the new maps...and none of them ever have the problem i am having...its very frustrating not being able to play a game

that happens to me sometimes i just turn off the xbox 360 for like 5 minuets turn it back on then try again
