could Sgt. forge in halo wars be master chief?

i would think that he is but the other reason i don't is cause he dies (but i have read that he surives by finding a spartan suit and wearing it but idk) and he's not as tall or as big but i am not sure.....help

You know Halo Wars is set like 20 years before the events in Halo right? It would be cool if they were the same guy but the ages don't match up.
