Covenant, Halo Wars...?

Does anyone know if you'll also be able to play the Covenant on Halo Wars? It seems like most RTS games you get to pick either side...

most likely, i know halo is over rated and even if there was one race all the druling fan boys would still buy it, i'm pretty sure that the covnant will be playable
