Yes you do if you pre-order from gamestop you do unlock Halo Reach Xbox Live Multiplayer Also you unlock so special character for Fire Fight Mode.

I work for gamestop, yes it comes in the packaging, so you have to buy the game. It may come out later as a open beta, but that will be long after ODST is released.
