Does anyone how to fix my problem with Halo 3 on xbox live?

Well, in the past I beat the game on normal and recently I went back and beat it over but this time on legendary, but on my service record I don't have the symbol for beating it on legendary... just for normal.

-I checked all the missions and i beat them all either by myself or with a friend
-I got the achievement for beating the game on legendary.
-I checked arrival also and did that on legendary.

Well there are a few things you should consider.

First- go back and rebeat the game, but that isn't exactly a tested theory, and legendary mode is a pain in the @$$

Second- sense the new achievements have been added to the game there has been some glitches that have been happening, and this could be one of them.

Third- if you have EOD armor your fine, i mean you got the achievement

Fourth- make sure you have the Heroic achievement, because that should unlock if you beat legendary before you do heroic.

Fifth- you can contact the makes of the game Bungie, but it isn't likely they will help
