Does Call of Duty 4 track its on-line matches like Halo 3 does on the internet?

I am trying to find out if Call of duty tracks its online matches, or if there is a way to track this information. Any suggestions would be great.
And I am talking about online Video game play, not online PC game play. Also, if you know of any other video games that tracks all of its results a website like Halo 3 does for its video game please let me know, as well.
Halo 3's website shows everthing, from who your played when you played them, who won the game, how they won the game, what guns they used, etc. If the answer is yes then where do i find this site or how to you veiw this information???
Please give more details. It shows stats on line? What type of stats? What do you mean by online? Online play for viedo games or PC? If so where does it show you this information, what site? Please be detailed.

what do u mean if you mean type of match you have to rank up to unlock different game types, its easy really

Well, for xbox 360 there is a way to track matches but the information has to be input into the computer by you and/or the other team you play against. If you have a clan and would like to do clan battles.. there's a web site Http://www.gamebattles.com where all the members in your clan have to register at.. and once you do that, the leader can pick thru a list what kind of game (i.e- sabatoge, team death match, search and destroy, etc) you want and it'll give you another list with games and times the match is going to be. While you play it'll have a screen where you can put the scores in.. and it stays there for awhile... but eventually resets... but other than that, I don't think there's anything that keeps track of your game progress.

it doesnt track the online matches. just your stats when you play online.
