Does Halo 3 have only 2 maps you can play on ?

when i go to Machmaking and i select big-team-battle, the only maps i have always been given to play are either ' sandtrap' or the other one with some trees and a river in between with two 'castles' for each team on each end and that is it.

It has always been either of these two maps. Are there really not some others maps to play on ?

If yes, how can i get on them ?

Yes on Big Team battle you can only play those two maps because there is 16 players playing and there are only two maps that hold 16 players at one time. If you want to play different maps chose a different playlist like Team Slayer or Social Slayer. You only have four to five teammates but you get to play all the maps.If you think you can play about six people by your self try lone wolf or rumble pit. Also try team doubles you can have one of your best teammates team up with you and play games like team swords and team hammers.

halo 3 has 3 new maps and everyone is probably playing on those. you need to download the new maps so you can play on them with everyone.

yes theres more maps. to get them, get the game, if u have the game get online and download them with ur points

you can't really choose, but i've played on other levels, try costom matches, and invite people to the game that always works

on xbox live marketplace you can buy them i think they are around 800 microsoft points
