Does the "Red Ring of Death" for Xbox 360 have to do with not getting the Catch...

...skull in Halo 3? I recently had the "Red Ring of Death" for my 360 and I had it fixed of course, but I just started to try to get skulls in Halo 3 and I have all the skulls besides the Catch and IWHBYD skull. That's 11/13. The problem here is that the Catch skull won't spawn. I followed all of the rules in getting it which is play on normal + and mission start, etc. But the Catch skull never pops up after killing the wraiths, not killing them, racing there and not killing any alien. I've tried every possible way to spawn it and it's not working. Any suggestions or answers to my problem?

no it doesnt. I think you need to complete the whole game on normal or higher for it to not glitch and for it to appear. That is the glitchy skull :/...

First of all, there's no game that has anything to do with the ring of death.
And, in order to get the catch skull, you have to grenade jump on to that tower, or get a warthog and jump on it, and if you destroy both wraiths the skull won't be there.
