Does the xbox elite still come with halo 3?

The Xbox Elite which cost 299.99 does not come with any games. It does not include a HDMI Cable. The only thing that it comes with is the Xbox 360 Console and a composite cable (yellow, red and white plugs) power supply cable, and a ethernet cable. It also comes with a headset.
