Downloading Halo 3 to my Xbox 360?

I just bought Halo 3, and the first thing I want to do is download it to the hard drive on my Xbox 360. Thing is, I just got the 360, too, and I'm a little 360-download-illiterate.
How-to's, please?

Unfortunately, this is something Bungie does not recommend. If you turn on your 360 and play Halo 3, you should see a warning message telling you not to do this.
By downloading Halo 3 to your Hard-Drive, you slow down load times, make it harder to find games Online, and cause problems with the title screen. Halo 3 was not meant for downloading.
