Gears of War 2 or Halo 3?

Gears 2 is really fun, but, not to sound like another Halo fanperson, it definitely beats Gears 2.
Halo 3's campaign is fun, you can play 4 player co-op, plus there's the skulls you can find which make the game difficult or just more fun (shoot a grunt's head and it explodes with confetti!), and the multiplayer is and always will be the best online multiplayer.
Gears 2 on the other hand is pretty much only good for Horde, which you can play with friends, but the online multiplayer sucks so bad. It takes forever just to find a game, it's really uneven game play as anyone with the chainsaw gun owns you.
Halo 3 overall has a better replay value, which I think is the main reason to buy a game.

GEARS OF WAR 2!!!!!!!!! There's no way Halo 3 can live up to Gears of War 2. Don't get me wrong, Halo 3 is a great game, but if you have to get just one of them, Gears of War 2 is your game. In Halo, if you want to take cover, you can't see anything, while in Gears, it's over the shoulder so you can fire while in cover and you can always see your target. Also, if you die in Halo, you have to revert, while in Gears your team mates can revive you. ALSO, in Halo, there's a lot of instances when you have no reinforcements and when you do, if they die, they stay dead, while in Gears, you always have at least one team mate that never dies, for you can revive them. Get the picture?

Halo 3. It has about 15+ Multiplayer maps and there are three new maps about to come out in October/November. Halo 3's Campaign is also Epic and leaves you wanting more. GoW2 has a good campaign but the Online play is Glitched to the max!!! There are no glitches in Halo that let some people have an advantage over others like GoW2. Halo 3 also has Forge Mode where you can edit existing maps and a Theatre mode where you can save your best games/clips of all time. Get Halo, you won't be dissapointed
