If you're asking from graphic and freedom of accessibility, it would be Halo 3's multiplayer maps...

One of the best thing about it is FORGE...This allows players to customize stuff into maps and make it not repetitive...

Halo 2 Multiplayer Maps are good but tends to get boring over the same stuff...
