Halo 3 Armour Help?

evidently, the security armour can lock up, three hours after i read that, that happened. Is there any way to unlock it again...???

And, the commando armour is supposed to be a default, right, well, thats what i read, and i dont have it HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Okay,

1: Skull Locations + their effects
2: How to unlock Armours
3: Terminal Locations

All the answers are true.
How i know is from exsperience
1: Have gotten all skulls
2: Got marathon man achievment which means i found all terminals
3: I've unlocked armour from their help

BUT ONE IMPORTANT THING
IF YOU TRY TO FIND ALL TERMINALS, ACCESS IT THEN WAIT TILL IT TURNS ALL RED. ITS NORMAL BUT ONECE IT GOES BLUE AGAIN AND WORDS POP UP THEN LEAVE UNLESS IT DOESN'T WORK.
