Halo 3 Campaign meta-game achievement help!!!!!!?

I know you have to get 15,000 points in the non-meta campaign but do you just have to get 15,000 points individually on one campaign level on any skill level, or do you have to get 15,000 on every campaign level? Please help I need this achievment.

you must get the 15,000 pts for the lvl it says and you can do it on any dificulty. i believe a head shot is like 900 and kill 50 not shure
