Halo 3 Console Banned from matchmaking. Is the fair?

Im good at halo 3 and the only rule i couldve broken is the one where it makes it unfair for everyone else. I get like 25 in lonewolfs when everyone else is still at 10 kils and lower. Thats not cheating to me. How am i supposed to rank up if i don't pown people. Of course im Going for first place every time. Im not cheating boosting or using a new account.

i think its bull also because i have a 12+ xbox live account and i got waste it by waiting to get unbanned...

Your answer definately seems like Bungie is being unfair.
But its doubtful you did not break any rules.
I'm sorry but Bungie only bans for a purpose.
You may not be guilty but have you done any suspicious stuff.
If you HAVENT then you could always send them an email with a plea.
