halo 3..... does this ever happen to you ?

i was wondering if your network on halo 3 ever lags ???? ( by lag i mean making your player pop in weird spots freezing, outrageously long respons, ext)

well thats what happens to me.... but not all the time it will be fine for half the game then it decides to "LAG" and then after that wacked out respon.... its fine

so my question is is this my internet connection or server is to slow or is halo 3's server geting to full with to many people online

???
