Halo 3 Downloaded Maps Help?

My friend for some reason cannot play any of his Halo 3 Legendary or Mythic maps, nor can he even play his XBLA games while he is offline. However, my two other friends have no problem when they're offline... They can play everything they downloaded. How can I fix this problem so I can play these maps offline?

Same thing happens to me. When I am offline, I can't play the Heroic or Legendary maps. I can, however, play the Mythic maps. I don't know what's up with it
