I haven't been able to play Halo 3 on my 360 for a while because my hard drive is out of commission. A buddy of mine brought his hard drive over last night and we were all set to play. Game was working fine and everything, but we kept getting dropped from games. It was always at the same spot that we were getting dropped. We'd get put in games, the game type and map would come up, as well as the teams, then the game would just spaz out a little and wed get dropped back into our Matchmaking lobby. We tried unplugging everything and resetting it completely but the problem was consistent. The hard drive is 100% healthy too - it works fine with my friends 360. It's the Halo 3 edition 360 hard drive being plugged into the old school core 360, if that even matters.
