You can create a profile on http://www.bungie.net/. There you can link your gamertag to your profile and download maps in the communtiy files forum. You can join many groups devoted to forge such as Forge Database - http://www.bungie.net/Fanclub/forge_database/Group/GroupHome.aspx or you can join a group devote to posting Halo screenshots, maps, film clips, games, etc. called HaloTube - http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/halotube/Group/GroupHome.aspx
