Halo 3 guardian problem?

when i want to play on guardian, it loads and then it says players failed to load content. Can someone please halp me

Make sure your disk isn't scratched or dirty.
If it's damaged beyond repair then I'm pretty sure that Microsoft has some replacement program for major titles like Halo 3.
