Ok... I know for 100% fact I got all 13 stupid skulls I got the Chest and Shoulders but not the Helmet how do I get the helmet?

Im figuring i have to beat the game on legendary(in process)

hey i looked in the guid book and you should have it probably what happend was it glitched or somthing I would say go post on bungie forums.
