Halo 3 help (Custom Games)....?

How do I make my own type of game? Like, If I wanted to make an infection game were the Zombie was fast and could only be killed in a certain way, how would I do that? Could somone please provide a detailed explanation?

Go into Gametypes and pick infection. Then go to the menu for the room.
Then you must hit X this will bring up a lot of options, Then you can set them however you want. I forget how to save off the top of my head right now.
