Halo 3 help?

My clan in Halo 3 are having some trouble with communication. Our call-outs aren't getting through our ears. At least one of our players are always running alone and getting killed. I'm not trying to bore you so ill get to the point. what is a good strategy to keep our team together?
The clan is called Project SouI with an i at the end not L.

break into small groups when fighting and work with each other

I would say get into groups of 2-3 and just try to finish the objective. listen to your teammates. if they have a plan, try to get the thin gs to do it. i also recommend destroying any un-used vehicles at your base {if you have any} so the enemy cant use em. Always, and i mean, always, watch each others back. And by the way, try to always throw a grenade before you die in a fight. you just might get the sweet accomplishment of the badge "Death from the grave". Another way is to be discriptive. for example, in the map valhalla in a ctf match, saying "The flag is by the spartan laser spawn" is more descriptive than saying "the flag is in the middle" if you need anymore help, i would recommend you google or yahoo for tips. hope this helps.

im good at halo 3 (45 brig) keep working with them and go over the call outs on maps u play on and know.practice setups through out the maps thats what helped me good luck with the clan. bi the way wat clan is it?

Communication can be tricky like this.
There usually is always a 'lone wolf' who would rather
go out and kill things themselves...sadly a good chance of the time they die themselves.
Just try and get everyone you can to stick together and hopefully eventually those who go alone will catch on and stick with the group.

its not the game its your selfish team mates tell them to ****ing listen.

first as a clan you need to decide if you care about over all wins or personal kills. most players just want kills not W's.

just try to stay together more so you have more of a ambush attack

Communication is the best way. You'll need to talk to like tell each other when you see a enemy, or where not to go.
