Halo 3 heroic map pack error! HELP!?

I just got an xbox 360, and when I put in halo, and want to play online, it says I dont have the maps needed to play. So, I go to marketplace, and download the free heroic map pack. After it is finished downloading, I can't choose play now. I click continue, save it to my hard drive. Then, when I go to try and start matchmaking, the same error comes up! (that I dont have the map pack) Even though I had downloaded it! (it said download complete). So, i try downloading it several more times, and restarting the system. But, alas, still the same error. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

What you also need is Cold Storage (free), and the legendary map pack (800 ms points).

There are some playlists that you can play with only the Heroic Map pack, but for most you need all of the maps.

If you're playing in a playlist that only requires the heroic map pack, and it won't work, then try going into custom games, and loading up each of the maps in the heroic map pack, and then going back into matchmaking, that should make it work.
