Halo 3 heroic map pack without xbox live?

i got the halo 3 heroic and legendary map pack on xbox live a while ago on my old xbox. I recently purchased a new xbox and now it wont let me play these maps. Yes it is the same hard drive. Is there any way i can play on it without xbox live? How? best answer to first person whose answer works

You have to perform the license transfer. Sign into Xbox.com using the email you used to create your Xbox Live account, follow this link http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/licensemigration/ . Click the link to start the process towards the bottom of the screen. Follow the directions, and you should be able to use the content now. This problem is caused by the licenses that register all downloads you make to the specific system that you download them on. Take that hard drive and put it on another system, and the content will either not work correctly or maybe even at all.

Ok if you can connect to Xbox live do it and re-download it. If you can't get on the account that you bought the map packs on and try using them on that account. If neither of these work then it's probably that you're trying to play with some one on your own Xbox that doesn't have the map pack downloaded to their account or they aren't even signed in and then try playing by yourself on the account you used to dowload it and it should work.
